A booking fee is required to secure your project and design slot. Work will only begin once payment has been received. All prices are quoted in ZAR and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
All designs are custom-made and created specifically for each client. Because of the personalised nature of the work, designs cannot be reused, resold, or refunded once the project has begun.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Revisions refer to small adjustments and refinements. Any additional changes or new concepts requested beyond this may be charged separately.
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project and may vary depending on feedback turnaround and project scope. Delays in client responses may extend the completion date.
Once final approval is given, the design will be prepared for print or digital delivery. Any changes requested after approval will be treated as additional design work and quoted accordingly.
If printing is included, all designs are supplied print-ready. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen vs print differences and printing processes. These variations are considered normal and not faults.
Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability and will incur an additional fee. This must be discussed and confirmed before booking.
Due to the custom nature of design work, booking fees and completed work are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment will be required for work completed up to that point.
Final designs remain the intellectual property of the designer until full payment is received. Once paid in full, the client is granted usage rights for personal or business use. Designs may not be altered or resold without permission.
The designer reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
